What We Do

Expected Launch in 2020
Generation Success aims to be a quality High School, created for Exceptional learners. We hope to open our doors during the 2020- 2021 School Year.
Training & Education Support

Schools need a lot of support! Generation Success understands this fact and has built a suite of Educator training that are economical and tailored to individual needs.

Likewise, students and families benefit from our community trainings. We provide ESL classes, tutoring, Job Readiness Workshops, and more!
Our Approach
All members of the Generation Success leadership team are trained and/or certified Mental Health clinicians and Educators. We aim to educate holistically, and that cannot be done without a full understanding of development, restorative practices, and education processes.

The Generation Success Difference

Our Mission
Generation Success was created for two main reasons: 1. To educate and empower parents about their rights, and tools they can use to support their school-aged children, and 2. Educating and empowering youth with exceptionalities through evidenced-based programming designed with their needs in mind. We are not a one-size fits all model of a  charter high school. We are community led by people certified in Education and the Mental Health fields that use innovative, holistic learning methods designed to inspire and prepare 21st-century thinkers, in the New Orleans area. We hope to be the answer for a lot of parents who want more voice in education.

Therefore, our mission is to move beyond traditional education and wrap students in a holistic and equitable environment that partners individualized academic teaching and learning with social-emotional supports. We meet the needs of all students in our community and make achievement, inclusivity, and growth the norm, rather than the exception.
Our Vision

We prepare students to be empowered problem solvers, critical thinkers, and collaborators. Through project-based learning, our students participate in a Student-Driven Learning Model that not only supports their passions but also facilitates deep learning by building on strengths.

Every Child. Every Gift. One Amazing Future.
